Good food, generous portions and fair prices. The service wasn’t great. Don’t book online as the restaurant does not receive these bookings. We had booked for 10 people online which they didn’t receive, but thankfully we came early and they were able to accommodate. They forgot two orders on our table and the wait staff just needed a little more training on service. We asked for a scoop of vanilla ice cream which comes with the kids meal and the waiter said they only had strawberry or caramel... we said strawberry was fine. The ice cream came and was a scoop of vanilla with strawberry topping..... might come back but hopefully service will improve.

A nice local Italian restaurant. Was quiet around 8pm on a Saturday night. The server could not speak much English and we had to point to what was being ordered. Food service was quick, there was no follow up from staff during the meal. The pizza was very salty, and the base was a little thin meaning the pizza could not or picked up with the hand. Paid $20 for the pizza via card and was still charged 50cent surcharge even tho the sign said for transactions less than $20 a surcharge would be added.

Have been to this restaurant in the past and loved it. However, tonight we were very disappointed in the customer service. Two of us ordered scotch fillet with mushroom sauce, one medium one well done. Getting through these steaks was difficult, extremely tough. We both left half a steak, sauce and veges were nice. Told the waitress, she said why didn't you tell us earlier? She passed on our comment to the chef who said if we had told her earlier she would have cooked us another one - fair enough. However, no offer of discount (each steak was $30!) or complimentary desert. We ordered a coffee but no offer of a complimentary one. Sorry guys this is just not good Customer Service and unfortunately will not be returning.

The food is sensational. The entree of prawns with chilli tomatoe and garlic is a showstopper. Pasta is generous and done perfectly. Leave room for dessert because they are sensational. Staff are very friendly and atmosphere relaxed. Great vibe inside. Area favorite.

Cute little place with fast, friendly, no frills service. Pasta was tasty. Portion sizes good. Acoustics inside the restaurant a little noisy. Enjoyable and would go back. Very reasonable in price.

The food here was great and incredibly delicious. The service was wonderful and the staff were very helpful in suggesting dishes when we couldn't decide. The desserts were wonderful and we were completely stuffed by the end of our meal. Would definitely recommend this cafe.

Well, I can't really rate them in regards to the food as we couldn't even try but I'll tell you something about our experience there. We had a booking for 4 adults and 2 kids which was made over the phone and obviously required 2 high chairs for kids 2 and we were told it was fine. We've got to the restaurant and after standing up for about 8 minutes in the restaurant we decided to put two tables together to make ourselves a little bit more comfortable and surely enough the waitress was too busy to at least acknowledge us. So I decided to walk to her and asked gently if she could get us the high chairs as we have asked over the phone and then she said we'd have to wait as she had tables to serve before she could even do anything for us, meanwhile the kids were running around as you would expect for a 2 yeas old and we were getting very uncomfortable from the unpleasant experience. Anyway a few minutes later this lady came to our table (finally) with an old, filthy and broken high chair and she told us she only had one. The kids obviously started to fight over the damn thing. As she made her way back behind the counter she gave us a warning to make the kids stop running around the restaurant as the other costumers would probably come through the door. Some people might think I am overreacting but if I am taking my family and my money to your business I at least expect you to be kind and respectful to start with, unless if you don't need my money which is fine, I'll keep doing what I did last night, I walked away and went to a restaurant next door and we had such a pleasant experience. If kids aren't welcome to your Italian job in my opinion defeats the purpose of being an Italian restaurant to start with as Italian traditionally have family businesses where families are welcome and being part of the Italian heritage myself, having experienced various Italians restaurants around the world you're probably doing something wrong.

Absolutely delicious! The owners are friendly & very hospitable. The food is incredible especially the pasta! No matter what Pasta I order, its always delicious!
