From the initial contact with Garry my experience has been amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and i was constantly surprised at the quick responses. I then had contact with the owner Chris, and he also demonstrated outstanding customer service. This is a family run business and Chris' son Simon delivered the whitegoods. He also was fantastic and unpacked and placed the whitegoods in the correct place. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a team! Right from the initial phone contact, which was filled with great advice and unbiased suggestions, to the Sunday afternoon site visit, forfeiting a day off, right through to install today.This company has been beyond supportive.
Chris has got your back 100%, with down to earth, friendly and professional service, a unique combination, not found often these days.
He and his team- shout out to Simon-will go the extra mile for you, with a smile and a laugh, all the while, getting the job done perfectly.
…And it was a hard job! our door frame was 3mm too narrow so they dismantled the equipment to get it through and rebuilt it the other side, adding literally hours to the job.
Total legends!

We bought new Commercial Gas cooktop with oven. Chose Caterware Gold-coast because of other reviews and Prices and am extremely happy. Plenty of room and burners to chose to cook on. Love the flame failure safety feature. It's good to know that if the flame goes out the gas automatically shuts down. The cast rivets are Heavy and very solid. It is easy to clean & looks great with oven. If I could I would give this six stars. It is perfect. LPG flame right, and economical burn rate, Great for us.
And customer service is Adorable.
If you are in hospitality industry Caterware Products are highly Recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.
