From the initial consulation : Rod (full of amazing ideas), meetinging all of the competent integral members of the whole team: Allison (reception, organiser), Angela (CAD extraordinaire), delivery workmen, Toby ( the magical putter together), and Dan the ever present meticulous project manager; we have our dream kitchen and laundry. The whole process went smoothly without a problem due to the contstant communication between us and the standard of finish is impressive. Thank you CCW for a job really well done. I do not like to name people on Google so I will simply say thank you to all at CCW. You made our shabby, blue and white, unworkable kitchen into a joy to cook in with lots more practical, cupboard and bench space. Unfortunately I could not get the photos to upload. CCW put in a new kitchen for us in 2021 and it looks great. However, the bin drawer didn't open far enough to remove the rear bin and our complaint was disregarded. The project manager who designed our kitchen actually suggested we only use the front bin! After forcing the bin out numerous times, it cracked in multiple places and eventually I was so annoyed at having to replace the entire thing, that I wrote a negative review. As can be seen below, and to their credit, the owner responded immediately and provided a replacement bin of better quality, that they happened to have in stock. And hurray, it fits!

Unfortunately the replacement bin does not have spring loaded runners like the old one, so that drawer no longer has the soft close feature we chose and paid for. Nevertheless, CCW did supply and install a functional brand new bin even though more than 2 years had passed. If you have any problems, ask to speak to the owner, Royce. He is responsive and very easy to deal with. Besides the bin, we are very happy with our kitchen and all the tradies organised by CCW were great except the electrician who charged a LOT more than the verbal quote we got, and took months to invoice us. This was not CCW's fault, but definitely ensure you get written quotes for all the extras.

Once again CCW has over-delivered. About 5 years ago they designed and installed all of our cabinetry (Steve). We were over the moon in both the service and end product. A few years later we wanted an outdoor kitchen, which they designed and installed. Another perfect job. They are always willing to answer questions or to help out. Just recently, we wanted someone to drop by to adjust our doors & drawers. The people that visited us were friendly, professional and knowledgeable (Royce & Seth).

Allison is a star! She is on top of everything and always gets back to you. She has gone out of her way to help us on many occasions.
