Long story short. I bought a ceiling rose from a supplier at Logan Village. Once I got home and checked it out properly I wasn’t happy with it ( my own stupid fault). I needed another one immediately so I went to Ceiling Panels and couldn’t believe the huge difference in quality!! Much to my surprise they were a lot cheaper as well.
Great range of products and friendly service.
I’ll use these guys from now on!!

So I found the customer service at Ceiling Panels atrocious. I went to pick up a product and they had already closed the gates before the officially announced closing time, even after speaking with them an hour beforehand. Very disappointing. Have now found Ornamental Cornice in Logan Village, who were more than helpful!

Update... went to premises today Jan 9th, place locked up looks abandoned, no notice informing customers with outstanding orders...
Disappointing to say the least ...

Have been waiting for my order for a month now, after I was notified it was ready... i paid invoice on receipt for delivery b4 Christmas...she was to call me back to organise delivery day, never happened... countless calls and emails go unanswered...
