Central Coast Distilling Co. has an amazing range of Gin and Liqueurs.
The Distillery has a fun layout and heaps of comfortable seating.
I enjoyed a tasting paddle with add the ad ons and I enjoyed everything.
Floyd was a great bartender and made some new and exciting cocktails.
Definitely ask him about the Gin margarita he is working on.

If you like gin, this is a must do. So good you could drink these on ice . New to the market but one of the best I have tried. Sip free or $15 paddle. You will want to take a bottle home
