They never called and they dumped the sheets roadside.

I had some complicated RHS support brackets produced by these guys, they even looked pretty when finished. No rags to slash yourself on, fitted, were strong and even matched the drawing supplied... they must be doing something wrong... nobody else gets it right the first time!!!
