This is a really wonderful caring practice. Dr Burford is a very kind and diligent doctor and his medical knowledge is very extensive. We have been patients here for 2 years and he has seen our family through some of the most difficult of times. He is often there long after closing looking after tricky medical situations. The nursing staff are first rate and very caring. This is not a standard medical practice. Dr Burford often fits sick children in on the day. Sometimes you will have a wait time and this is why. Because when your family has an emergency he ensures you have help and don’t have to go through another worried night as a parent. I can’t rate all of the staff and the practice itself highly enough.

I was a patient at this surgery, and ended up leaving. On giving constructive feedback regarding their fees, the owners wife became defensive and I ended up going to another Dr. On trying to transfer my medical records to new DR, Central Health Alliance held them at ransom wanting me to pay exorbitant fees before they would release and transfer them. I didn't even get a phone call from the manager to discuss my complaint. There is no diversity of ages with the Dr's they all look like they are under 30 and still completing their registrar training. You will be hard pressed to find a Dr in there over 50 with decades of real experience.

I have had nothing but the best service from these doctors. After arriving at the centre ill and very distressed this week, Dr Burford and his team met me, calmed me and treated me for hours. All the team were very reassuring and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for any one of them and I cannot thank them or praise them highly enough.

Had a major issue with my leg.Staff have been just fantastic.They turned a rather serious issue around within 24 hours.Nothing was too much trouble,as well as being so very professional. I'm more than happy to stay with them.

My husband had an unexpected medical episode. I am thankful we were close to Central Health Alliance. I could not have asked for a better response from both the nursing staff and the doctor. I can't thank them enough! Shame we don't live close by.
