Absolutely fantastic service from this company! I called them for an emergency lock change at my business, and the young man who came out was incredible. He was not only skilled and efficient, but also very polite and understanding of our situation. He went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and put our minds at ease during a stressful time. I can't recommend them enough – professional, friendly, and amazing service all around. Highly recommended!

Needed to change my locks on a Friday afternoon after a burglary Lindon came promptly, he was efficient and explained clearly what I needed making me feel secure. If you require someone to assist you in a time you feel vulnerable this is who you should call, will certainly phone again for any security requirements!

Locked my keys in my car and was attended to as quickly as possible. Matt was both skillful and pleasant to deal with and the price for the callout was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a locksmith, urgently or not

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! This business is incredible when it comes to customer service. I lost my Prado key fob. Luckly I just happened to have another fob that Matt could code to my car. Nothing was too much trouble for Matt or his team. They went above and beyond. Then charged me a great rate...Matt could see I was a wee bit stressed!.
To top it off I got home and realised my Ranger fob/key was also lost with the Prado fob/key. Taking the Ranger into Toowoomba to see Matt and his team to get another fob/key coded to it.

Very helpful, I highly recommend. Both personable and professional. They did the job well and in a timely manner.

A work colleague recommended Century Locksmiths as they had previous had great experiences with them. After over 4 weeks of being run around by Mister Minute (Grand Central) which was very stressful, I decided to try somewhere else. Such a great experience with Century Locksmiths. They've now gained a lifelong customer and Mister Minute has lost one.

Brad from Century locksmiths was absolutely incredible. I had lost my car keys at the park and was stranded there with my little dog and friend at my car unable to get home. Not only did he come along super quickly on a Sunday, he managed to help me get my house keys out my car and gave me some great advice re possible options if I couldn’t get my key back. Luckily someone ended up handing my key into the police station later that day. Brad is a really lovely, kind man with a heart of gold and helped me when I was so stressed! Would recommend him to everyone - the BEST customer service!!
