Fantastic service from the team at Chairforce. Great selection of table tops, sizes and materials. I purchased a walnut top to use as a desk, using an old ikea sit stand leg set I sprayed black. Table tops are perfect for this mod. Will be ordering more for my son’s gaming desk conversion.

Great place for chairs and very reasonable prices. We bought a set of 8 chairs to replace our old worn out garden dining set and are very pleased with our purchase. We ordered over the phone after visiting the showroom and all of the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend this business.

I went into chairforce or brayco today in Belmont WA.
They had a table stand on display which is clearly priced at $94 as displayed in the photo.
I asked to take 2 of them and gentleman politely told me that they are out of stock and they aren’t on back order.
I said I’ll just take the one on display and he said it’s the same price and I said it’s okay.
Then he continued to charge me $129 and I said it’s $94 as marked.
He said it some sort of sale from January and it’s not $94 anymore. I said it’s March and it’s priced visibly for $94.
He said he can’t do anything and it’s $129.
I took it and told them I’m leaving a Google review - they all ignored me and acted like I’ve done something wrong.
I asked the warehouse crew who is the manager and they wouldn’t tell me either. I told them I’m leaving a Google review.
After 10 mins this lady calls and tells me let us return the difference. I went back in and they refunded me $30which isn’t the difference but close enough.
I’d say it’s an untrustworthy organization which will all lie to you for a lousy few dollars.

Extremely happy with my purchase of the wishbone replica dining chairs. Service was fantastic and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. The chairs were perfectly packaged/wrapped and delivery was fast. Just keep in mind the chair’s are a slight bit shorter than other ones I have seen in other stores but for the amazing price I’m extremely happy, the chairs are stunning.

I rarely leave reviews but they earned this one. Great customer service, their communication process is first rate. The staff were friendly and competent. And then the 8 barstools got delivered just when they told me they would and were exactly as advertised and faultless. A very happy customer, well done.

Seems to have a good range of products at competitive prices, but upon making a purchase I was slugged with an undisclosed $180 "transfer fee" after my order was processed. This was to cover the fact they did not have the items in stock and needed to get them in, despite the website indicating stock was available. A refund was promptly delivered, but the initial customer service and company transparency was disappointing.

Amazing customer service. We bought an outdoor table with chairs and a part was missing from the packet. Chairforce acted quickly to get the missing part sorted before the end of the day. They have excellent outdoor dining options. I will definitely be using this business again and highly recommend it.
