I have never had such a worse delivery experience in my life. First they changed from 1 store to another store to another store for 2 weeks i have been not clarified or provided with clear information regarding where my order was it was coming from Sydney store confirmed apparently it got routed to the Gold coast truck bu accidentally which they had no understanding on or liability on why that could have happened they basically had no answer which fine I accepted whatever happened offered to get a new one then received email out of nowhere that thry processed a refund without even notification or asking me if i actually need a refund and no where mentioned the reason for the refund. and when reached ro store they said apparently 3 or 4 confirmed no stock available then all of a sudden 1 person said yes we do and scheduled delivery from there now i have alreasy wasted around 2 weeks when finally delivery attempted was so early in the morning i was not there so i rescheduled the delivery for the next slot which was Wednesday now i am all thinking that and just while i am at work at the moment the driver comes yelling on the gate screaming that why we are not accepting the delivery because we had the lock on gatt safety for kids. So firstly he came and we were not aware or notified that the delivery will come today despite of me calling aramez and speaking to them they did not offer this timeslot. Secondly the driver was so ridiculous he started yelling and swearing and abusing us on delivery. When i called the Casino store they said we dont even partner with any partner drivers aramex is not their delivery driver which is false information because i had my previous delivery from Maitland store coming from Couriers please and now aramex so instead of helping me the Casino store refused to accept thats their partner issue and directed me to speak to arame. And not to forget how rude their customer service people are never let you speak always talking on top of customers and i have emailed the person that was incharge and no response received this person name was. Lee from casino store. I am abused i am sweared at and store says not my problem. Well i must say the company Betta itself should be shut down because they are nothing but absolute disgrace and taking peoples money and not providing goods its clearly fraud. No communication between each other no process following no manners nothing no professionalism at all i will extremely recommend never ever try their delivery service.

I recently bought a 4 piece pie maker by Sunbeam, the ordering and website so easy to navigate, extremely friendly staff and service, with a very quick delivery. Casino Betta Electrical youvare awesome, and I highly recommend this Company. I will be ordering again. Thank You again!

Had to replace a lot of white goods for a business after Lismore Floods, although everything was slow to arrive due to no fault of Betta. Mark and team were fantastic on updates, service, delivery and he was excellent on information and assistance with my purchases. The prices were comparable with others. Unlike so many other stores Mark never made me feel obligated or pressured to purchase.
