Have done both the cheesemaking and bread making courses and have the best memories of time spent feeling connected to community, the land and the past. These courses remind you to take time to stop and enjoy the finer things in life like making your own food. Joe and Jude - you are the salt of the earth people and time spent with you is motivational and fulfilling. Can't wait to do another course - maybe building our own woodfired pizza oven;)

Had the most fantastic weekend learning how to make soft cheeses-fetta, brie,quark,haloumi & ricotta!! Pure bliss!!! Heaven for the foodie & nature lovers-highly recommend it!! Cannot wait for my next cheese course!!
