I sought assistance from a staff member regarding a special offer. When she consulted the store manager- Chella, I received a rude response, with the manager telling me to find the information online myself and walk away.
This was disappointing and disrespectful in terms of customer service, especially since I was seeking help while in the shop.

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the amazing customer service from all staff. However, in particular, Mia, the pharmacist -She always greets me by my name. Her care and delicate attention to detail while attending to my requirements & needs is very warming.

Only Pharmacy I go to & they Do have the best prices! ?

Location is convenient and the shop is well stocked with all the range you'd expect from a Chemist Warehouse. The general shop staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff, on the other hand.... last time I had my script refilled, I guess some of the proper paperwork was missing (which I didn't realise; I just gave them what I was given) and the pharmacist on duty was *super* rude about it. Acted like it was my fault - actually, it was them who screwed up in the first place by not printing off the correct authorisation with my first refill! Unfortunately it's not the first time I've copped an attitude from the pharmacist and/or their staff. If it wasn't within walking distance I'd probably go elsewhere.
