Terrible customer service. So many staff around and they ignore you. When you do find staff then there was a language barrier.
Nice new store but staff need some training in my opinion.

It is great to have another Chemist warehouse in the area! Nice new shop with helpful staff, plenty of products and most shelves are fully stocked up with a great variety. I walked in there with the intent to purchase a couple items and walked out with a BAG filled with ‘stuff’..!! Happy with the experience and store!

Plenty of FREE parking available!

I love Chemist Warehouse Piara Waters because it is near my home and convenient to pick up medications. They have great discounted products such as beauty products and affordable perfumes.
We take advantage of the special offers.

The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that the store is not spacious, and the isles are narrow, making it difficult to browse products without getting in the way of other customers.

Waiting on new scripts can also cause a delay due to the popularity of the pharmacy.

All in all, Chemist Warehouse, Piara Waters is always our first stop pharmacy. Thanks for your great service.

The Staff and the Pharmacist is the worst I have ever encountered. They clearly lack the basic decency and mentality to help people. I only needed three simple signatures from the pharmacist, only if they have some time and they demanded payment for it—$3 per signature! This is absurd and completely unethical. If you hold the privilege and responsibility to sign as a pharmacist, you should do it without turning it into a money-making scheme. I was okay to purchase items from their store of equivalent value, but no, they insisted on charging outright for the signatures.

The staff who called Meerab was absolutely mean to me and my family as she was throwing the change to us and without an apology. She wasn’t mentioned about the promotion about the beauty box and we have to ask whether we can get one of it or not and even we asked, she was showing annoying face to us!!! Poor customer service and absolutely not acceptable with her attitude!!!!

Rude and unhelpful staff. Been there 3 times. First time, asked the staff there to look for a product, she said wait for her then just walked off and disappeared. Half an hr later, saw her in the front and all she said was sorry, she was asked to do something else. The second and last time, i went there politely asking staff to find a product for me, they put on a grumpy face and acted like end of the world. Ghosh why work there if you dont want to serve customers.

The checkout staff behaviour really upsetted me.I was in the que with my little baby (I was holding her)and my son was also there . the person in front of me was waiting to pay for his items but he moved away from the counter .I couldn’t handle baby and my shopping basket. So I kept things over the counter. But this staff was soo rude on me and she started showing her hand sign to move aside Her action made me feel that I’m dumb so that she was showing her hand sign for me to move ..I apologised and I was trying to explain my side but she literally was ignoring and showing some face to her coworker (I felt she was mocking at me )

I am a regular customer here but never had to come across such situation before..

Next time I won’t be going back to this store..

Chemist warehouse is a total rip off. Today its been 4th time in the last 12 months that i checked my receipt after coming out and found that i was charged wrongly. For a shopping of 211$ i was charged 479$.
Previously it happend 3 times in chemist warehouse southern river where i was charged 100, 80 and 50 $ more for the items I purchased.
Guess what, every time similar scam, they would charge you for multiple items and today instead of 1 they charged me for 12 items.
Please do check your receipts carefully every time after shopping.
