Standard chemist, but horrible example of virtue signalling while doing nothing to support staff. Signs up all over the place about how aggressive behaviour isn't ok, but then not bothering to fill out the "how to report" section.

Not bad experience. Only if there can have a More specific sign for parking alongside the building would be good. Took a lot of time to find the specific parking space when the map said ‘ you’ve already arrived’.

I was told the wait will be 20 minutes, not bloody 45 minutes. They are really slow at putting out the drug I was purchasing. Wouldn't go there again.

Disgusting customer service. Make you wait 25 minutes then tell you they don’t stock your prescription. No apology or care. Don’t even stock basic supplies or medications. A lot of staff walking around but not seeming to do much. Maybe put more $$ back into hiring more pharmacists so the wait time isn’t so ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I mean they have all the stuff you need at good prices - but It takes so long for them to dispense prescriptions. Insane. A normal pharmacy would do it in a few minutes, 20 minutes later as I’m getting text messages for them to dispense 3 x 1 medication. Mind numbing. I’ll go to another pharmacy for scripts and chemist warehouse only for all the other stuff.

Just bought a creatine, the price was $37. When I checked the receipt,still inside the store, i realised I actually payed $45. When I asked the cashier if I could return the product, all she said was: ‘I don’t think so’

Generally a chemist warehouse fan but had the worst customer service of my life at Woolloongabba today. A staff member named Lily was at the prescriptions desk and spoke be my girlfriend and myself appallingly. We came in to get an e-script filled for my girlfriend and she began by making out like e scripts didn’t exist, then tried to convince us that chemist warehouse systems weren’t connected so she couldn’t fill it. Finally after explaining that we had done this before at multiple stores she did it with ease. Clearly knew how to do it just lazy as. Generally don’t have harsh judgement on people for having a bad day or being bland but I shouldn’t have to have a fight to fill a simple script.
