Justine is the best lactation consultant I have come across. While being in the reputed private hospital I met 3 lactation consultants and they did not support and help me and my newborn.
I had online consultation with Justine and immediately help me with breastfeeding and I was able to breastfeed my baby.

Excellent after-hours service if you need a hospital grade pump asap. Convenient rent to buy program.

Justine was quick to answer my text message on the weekend and offer a window to pick up a pump rental. She explained to me the use and fitted me with the right flange sizes.

I used the S2 to build and maintain my milk supply while we work out some latching problems with baby, then kept the rental to build a milk stash. Before you knew it I had paid the price of the pump, Justine drove all the way up to my home in Mindarie to swap the pump rental with a new one which will be super handy to pump once I return to work!

Justine is simply the best. I was lucky enough to have her as a midwife through Western Obstetrics and when I had my baby early and my milk didn't come through for what felt like forever she was the best support. I hired a pump off her and then also did a consult at home which was worth her weight in gold and also partly covered by Medicare if I remember corectly! I ended up buying a pump and the rental costs were taken off my purchase.
She just really cares and is so informed and knowledgeable but not pushy. I would text her if I was second guessing anything and she was just so helpful. I couldn't recommend her enough and now nearly 6 months later I am happily breast feeding my baby thanks to her!

Incredibly helpful and prompt!
I recently hired a spectra double pump from Cherished Parenting on the recommendation of our local pharmacist.
She took the call in the morning and delivered by early afternoon. Justine was very professional and provided a helpful demonstration of pump function and use as well providing tips and education regarding breastfeeding.
Most certainly would not have gotten this level of service and satisfaction just ordering a pump online!

Justine responded quite quickly, which was appreciated
However, the pump she rented me didn't include any manual (she just said 'people lose them'). Despite I told her I had never used one before, she didn't give me any instruction. Consequently I was misusing it for the first week as I didn't know about the stimulation mode.
She didn't assess either which shield size I should use (in her website she insist on how important it is to use the right size) and just sold me a standard one, which was not the right one for me.
If you rent a pump from her and you are not familiar with these, I would recommend you to get some advice from someone else since Justine's service includes just the pump renting
