We are delighted with the customised sofa that Kristina took time to help us design carefully. We had been looking for ages in the usual big name places and found all their advertised sofas most uncomfortable and overpriced. What we have ended up with is a beautiful, classic, and truly comfortable sofa that will last for years. Kristina also pulled strings to ensure we enjoyed our sofa in time for Christmas. We went to ChiLLi PiP on recommendation from a friend after a very disappointing experience with a settee from a large mid-range manufacturer. Kristina was so helpful to deliver a lounge made specifically to our height and other needs. Apart from looking absolutely beautiful it is so comfortable and the quality of the finish is superb. Great team & service.

Kristina was great and gave me options in design, made suggestions about what fabric I needed, due to me having a dog and helped with storage ideas.

After searching for the perfect Corner Modular Lounge for 18 months for our new Coastal Home, I was beginning to think I would never find it. After coming across CHiLLi PiP Online & reading their excellent reviews, we took our ideas & room measurements to meet with Kristina in the Marrickville showroom.
Within this first meeting & after subsequent conversations with Kristina, Steve & Julie, we had our dream lounge drawn up, measured for our body size & given detailed information on the construction, materials & costs to achieve the most comfortable, leather lounge with wooden book ends, proper corner seating & a detachable ottoman.
The Communication from this company is second to none, nothing was too much trouble & the Lounge arrived as scheduled with a recommended courier & was very well packaged & protected. A surprise of some scatter cushions in beautiful designer fabric was a very generous thought & much appreciated.
The design is so versatile & will seat 6-8 adults & could easily be used a bed for an overnight visitor. The detachable Ottoman (with storage space) is a great Feet Up Solution & can seat the extra 2 people if required.
Individual Service like this is a rarity these days & I can thoroughly recommend CHiLLi PiP to make amazing furniture for your home.

Kristina was an absolute joy to deal with. She is an expert in lounge construction and design, and her care and attention to detail was phenomenal. She designed the lounge so it fit perfectly in our space and with our bodies, the service was incredible! It took about a month or so for the lounge to be delivered and we thought the price was excellent for a custom Australian made lounge, very competitive with the more well known commercial brands. I will definitely come back when we do our second lounge room. Would highly recommend.

Firstly, I want to say A MASSIVE THANK YOU to CHiLLi PiP team who went above and beyond to realize my deceptively simple designs and ideas! The entire experience was clear, informative and above all friendly.

I reached out to CHiLLi PiP for two jobs. One was a re-upholstery for top half of an arm chair (very technical due to curves angles - photos attached). The other job was a custom made bedhead (photos attached). Both jobs were intricate. But from the first discussion with the team at CHiLLi PiP, I knew I came to the right place.

Julie, the amazing sales and design consultant was my first point of contact. She had an extensive product knowledge. She was efficient, proactive, patient and calm natured which made fabric and leather selection easy. She communicated with me regularly and always kept me informed about the status of the order. At one point during production, the supplier of the leather we picked for the bedhead had an unexpected supply delay after they have had confirmed earlier stock availability. The same afternoon Julie got the news, she has already looked up similar alternatives, contacted the suppliers to confirm stock availability. She then narrowed the alternatives down to three that she believed they would complement the design the most keeping in mind a price range that is within budget. She had the three new leather swatches ready for me to choose from - which I did the same afternoon. Basically Julie presented me with the problem AND the solution! I couldn't be happier.

My friend Steve, I'm sorry I won't write about the quality of your work, or your vision and precision, or your commitment and work ethics. I believe these qualities have been witnessed by many many of your clients. So there is nothing I can add there, however, after getting to know you the last few weeks, I witnessed AND admired in you what is - in my opinion- way more valuable than any other skill, that was the inner peace and the smile you always had even at times when I threw your way a design challenge (or four!).
