Got vinyl planks laid in lounge and kitchen area. Told Choices that it would need to be completed in 2 halves as we were getting a new kitchen installed. They were told this from the first meeting and several times after. 1st half in the lounge looks good. Layer came back to finish and wanted to charge another $150 on top of what we paid. Paid all money owed before layers arrived. Were not told at all about an extra charge for layer coming back at any stage and was shocked about the extra charge. Rang Choices several times but they would not budge on this and told me to sort it out with the layer. The layer was contracted and didn't work for Choices. Asked why this was not in the original quote and was told that they had informed us of this, not true. The layer said he has a standard charge for call backs so Choices would have been aware of this price for the layer to come back again. We were banging our heads against a brick wall with Choices, telling us that we had to pay this fee when we had paid for everything before the job had been started and carpet or vinyl had been laid. Had we known about this fee from the start there wouldn't have been an issue. For Choices to tell us to negotiate with the layer is not very professional. Very disappointing end to the job. The layer was excellent, he was stuck in the middle of all of this and told us this has happened many times before. It's not the cost that is the problem it's the way Choices handled the situation refusing to accept that they had not included this in their price and we hadn't been informed and asking us to negotiate with the layer who is contracted to Choices therefore handballing the situation off and not accepting any responsibility. Very disappointing the way Choices responded.

Choice Flooring Ipswich provided excellent customer service from when we were selecting our carpet, rugs and underlay to installation. They were very patient with us storing materials until our painting and renovation was complete and we were ready for installation. The product is high quality and can not fault installation. Price very competitive. Definitely check them out if you are looking for carpet, rugs and flooring in the Greater Ipswich region. Highly recommended local business.

Steve & the team go above & beyond to help out. I have had Choices out to my house twice now to install carpet, the first time when my home was a new build and most recently following an insurance claim.
