The staff at chorus have no empathy at all and you can never ever get through to anyone on the phone. They are suppose to support the elderly , yet they do not care at all.

A team of three today came to give my wife and I help with the gardening. It was the first time we had availed ourselves of Chorus' services. The trio did a wonderful job; our garden looks so much better and I look forward to the team's return in mid-April.

Please do not waste your time with employing Chorus to look after your loved ones. They are exceptionally disorganised. They will sign you up to a package and happily take your money but do not have the decency to keep in communication with you. Trying to reach your care person is one of the hardest tasks to accomplish. They do NOT call back nor respond to emails or messages that are left for them. Worst experience ever

I would not recommend Chorus to anyone.
The support workers are good but the management are not.
My family have had issue after issue with them.
Do ypur research and seek a better provider

Totally agree with the post from K Trouchet. Service is extremely poor. Have paid for private services but do not get reimbursed. Asked for documentation. Do not receive it. Do not sign up your loved ones with this company. I am on the lookout for another care provider.

I have just had Matt here again doing my gardening. If possible, I would like to have him every time in future. He is the most thorough, efficient and pleasant of all the gardeners I have had.

Always unable to get through to them on the phone. Recently out of hospital and they could not contact them. Hospital ended up using their own services for me.

We have been ringing this organisation for over a year and leaving msgs and have not had a call back just can't talk to anyone noone answers the phone
