I had both a float and a massage and they were both very relaxing. It was the end of a very hard couple of weeks of work and was just what I needed to relax before I went on a hiking trip overseas. Jane gave me a fantastic massage and got into some tight places and released them. I will definitely be back

From the second you walked in, such a vibrant atmosphere
Staff were very helpful and nice
The Sauna was intense but exactly what I expected but then moving to the float was an experience I’ve never felt. My body recharged but relaxed at the same time

Highly recommend a float!
The weightlessness, the quiet, and just being able to unplug completely was exactly what I needed. My mind feels clear, my body feels relaxed, and I walked out feeling so refreshed. If you’ve never tried floating before, trust me, it’s a game changer for stress relief and self care.

My 1st experience I got a voucher from my kids for Mother’s Day complete wellness package
Firstly waking into the shop was like wow this is what I need felt calming and relaxed, customer service wasn’t that great wasn’t welcomed as I entered the door or act knowledge was only me in the shop until I told her I had an appointment
If you don’t enjoy your job get out if you we’re having a bad day don’t come in.
From there I blocked her out and enjoyed the rest of my experience the sauna was relaxing to detox sweat it out for 45min then 10min rest in the waiting room had tea coloured in then it was time for my massage that was amazing 45min of bliss then waited in the waiting room had some water then off to my magnesium float for 1hr if your a mum or busy working women you know we don’t get time to spend in any bath so I embraced my experience and throughly enjoyed my time.
Highly recommend it anyone felt like I was at a retreat I’m going between jobs so this was perfect for what I needed plus I had the time to do it took up my day but I planned for that.
Only thing I could recommend is your there for 3+hrs you pay a lot for your package you get tea or water if offer sandwich or slice included in your package cause I came out starving felt a little sick just a thought would top it off.

Love going there for float and massages. Honestly you need to try them. However my only annoyance is the constant wait and chasing up of receipts for Private Health refund. Either get a Hicaps machine or print/ email receipts the same day of appointment, unfortunately this would be the only reason I’m looking at going elsewhere for massages sadly as I’m tired of having to chase receipts EVERY time

I had a lovely couples float for 60 minutes in a private room with a private shower. Also available was a relaxation room to chill after with free tea, water and skincare products! 10/10 would recommend!
