Civic removed our shower screens and then put them back in so we could have the floor tiles replaced. They were excellent to work with. The company said that as the screens were not their brand they couldn’t guarantee that the screens would go back in. But Ned and Damien, the father and son team, who were our allotted installers, managed to do it. This saved us a lot of money. Good job guys.

Just fitted out my place with 5 vanity mirrors and show screens. Had a small issue which the team did really well to rectify. Installer was Alex who was on time every time and quality of work was perfect. Recommend.

I had Civic install some new robe doors they look amazing and have really brightened up the bedrooms. Barry did an amazing job installing them and when one set was cut short Kristy in the office was so helpful and able to get them remade and Barry had them all installed within a couple of days. Kristy is simply amazing! From the moment I initially made contact with her on the phone her customer service was incredible. It hard to find exceptional customer service these days and I have to commend her. Kristy's welcome was so lovely... certainly service with a smile. She was patient and very helpful in selecting the perfect splashback for our kitchen. She took the time to explain things thoroughly and present different options even offering for me to take some samples home to get a feel of what it would be like in our new kitchen. I recently had Civic Shower Screens and Wardrobes install mirrored Wardrobe sliding doors in three of our bedrooms. We were recommended them from our painter. Our experience with them was excellent. We opted for the soft close which are just devine and also chose frameless with a handle so that there were no fingerprints on the mirrored doors.

After having the free quote done, we were given a time frame for construction of the doors and this was within 1-2 weeks which was great. The only hiccup we had was when the doors were installed, I noticed they did not have the handle on the door ends. After contacting Civic, they ensured that these were remade and changed over promptly without any questions or cost to us. I was blown away with the fact they made this process so smooth and when there was an issue, it was rectified immediately. It is obvious that they put the customer first and ensure that the customer is happy with the finished product.

I can honestly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional company who has excellent customer service and excellent communication with the customer.

CIVIC frameless shower screens are a beautiful product but the initial installation was not done well. The door wasn't fixed off properly causing door closure issues and the silicone was applied messily. CIVIC was responsive and sent out Jeremiah and Jesse to repair the installation issues under warranty. Jeremiah and Jesse were fantastic. They communicated well, repaired the door alignment, cleaned up all the messy silicone and asked me to thoroughly inspect their work to ensure I was happy with the end result. Thankyou, Jeremiah and Jesse, for your attention to detail, taking pride in your profession as glaziers and ensuring our screens look and work as well as they should.

We had Dan Waudby install a new shower screen and mirror in our main newly renovated bathroom. We found Dan to be very professional during the whole process from recommending what best screen and mirror to suit the space available to being on time and well informed all the way.
