I had a very good experience with Claremont Auto Electrics. The job was difficult and ended up significantly more complex than anyone anticipated but these guys went the extra mile cheerfully. In the end I felt bad and offered to pay extra for the unforeseeable hassle they went through but they said it was not a problem and stuck to their original price. Did the job really well, very friendly and informative, talked me through the difficulty in finding a part that the dealers no longer carry because my car is so old.

They even vacuumed out the car which was a blessing. Highly recommended.

I would never recommend the services provided here,I was charged $300 for a non genuine part that is $20 off of eBay and $600 labour to replace said part. I was charged for work that was never done to my car and never called once throughout the day to confirm any of this work to be done. I asked that I be called if the cost would be above 1k ( which is more than expected to pay) and was handed and invoice for $1.1k at the end of the day. I walked in the door and had a rude comment from the owner saying “ get that crap out of ur car mate” and that crap was a draw that was mounted in the car. Rude overcharge and waste of time. Do not go here !!!

Recently had my ute in for major air-conditioning repairs. It was close to shutdown for Christmas and they did everything possible to make sure I was able to get my car, including staying after the shutdown to complete my car. And are priced very fairly. Great work, great communication, great service great company.
Would recommend 100% recommend Claremont Auto Electrics.

We cannot recommend this fabulous business highly enough. Not only did they fix a complex problem with my car, they were very reasonably priced, and to top it off washed and polished the car as well. Over and above what was expected and we will always use them if we need auto electrical work. Thank you so much
