your couldnt ask for a more disgraceful company to deal with. once we paid for a clark forklift it has turned into a nightmare! salesman rude and lie, machine has failed many times, from complete transmission failure to electrical issues to faulty lines and more and then the loaner fork fails also with no regard to customers timelines, I kick myself I didnt buy a khomatsu at the time. avoid these people and machines! currently going through fair trading and if no rectification will be calling my solicitors! please do not buy a clark or get these guys to come anywhere near your machine!

Do not buy a Daken bucket with your t595 it has damaged my brand new machine, Clarke equipment is aware of it and is refusing to fix it properly not provide me with a new machine although I brought it to there attention at 220 hours and now it has 1650 and under one year old. I am now in the process of taking legal action as they are treating this matter as a joke. The Daken bucket is built wrong. It does not allow the bucket to touch the ground and sits about 30mm off the ground resulting in damaging your stops, which then damages the main frame. They are apparently ordering a new main frame. I have also noticed a lot of dodgy repairs that were done on my new machine. Do not buy a t595 with a Daken diamond bucket edition that became available since Jan 2019. Major complaints I have reported and no one has given me any response. You wouldn't believe it the Victorian manager accused me of abusing women and making staff members go home crying, I then ring Sydney to confirm they knew nothing about it. The Vic manager rings ten minutes later apologising he made a mistake. I cannot believe this is a state manager after all my problems with my machine this is how they treat you as a customer. Being a state manager wouldn't you first make sure your story is correct before accusing a customer of abusing women to the point of making them go home crying. This is now the second time I have been accused by bobcat Dandenong. This is appalling behaviour and ruining what was a reputable business to deal with.

Sent them a website contact and enquiry regarding a purchase I was interested in. I never heard back regarding my enquire but instead with my phone number and email I provided them on the contact form I got signed up to their promos and sales advertisement receiving unwanted ongoing texts and emails.
