We've had a really good experience with Classic Ceramics, who have supplied the tiles for our bathroom renovation. The location of the store is very handy; their tile range is extensive and of high quality. We dealt with Dana, and she has been extremely patient and helpful with our tile selection process, and has been great to communicate with. She was even able to source a tile that they don't typically stock for a good price. Furthermore, Classic Ceramics has been accommodating of a couple of last minute requests we made. I would definitely recommend this business, and hopefully will be a return customer one day when we start our next project.

We bought our tiles from Classic Ceramics for our recent home renovation & are so happy we did. The tile options were beautiful & great quality. The staff (Adele, Wendy & Karley) were amazing and really helped guide us through the selection process offering suggestions that would work together with the style we were trying to achieve. They were amazing, had great style suggestions and really went the extra mile to make sure we could get the tiles we liked & kept us informed of delivery times etc. Everyone that has seen our renovation (including the tilers & builder) have commented on the great quality and look of the tiles. Disappointed with this store, I bought tiles for my kitchen providing dimensions of the area to tile. I felt they were expensive in comparison to other retailers. When I was finished there was a left over box of tiles and they refused to credit them advising they don't provide credits. I was happy with the tiles but wish I had bought them anywhere else. I have never come across a building supplier who won't provide credits on returned materials in perfect unused condition. Update, after calling a second time and requesting the manager I was able to get a refund on the unused materials.

Very grateful for the assistance we were given to find the best tile replacement for a cracked 20 year tile. We were never going to find a perfect match, but the alternative provided means we can delay a full renovation until times are better. Thanks for your kindness.

I have purchased twice now from Classic Ceramics and have had great experiences both times. They stock great quality products and I have a variety I can't find in other stores. The showroom staff have been really helpful and knowledgable, following up on my queries promptly. I will definitely deal with this company in future.

Simply the worst company we have ever dealt with.
Long delivery times.
Horribly inaccurate ETAs.
Screwed up order.
Not advised when tiles did eventually arrive.
Do not get back to you after they say "We'll get back to you".
Arrogant attitude, making you feel you're the ones who are in the wrong!

We have still not finished our single tiling job eight months after placing the order, made to pay all upfront, to wait and subjected to all of the above.
