The place is nice and costumer service is good.
I came bc friends recommended me. I am in my second laser and I will see how it goes in the next sessions. I would say I have been in other laser clinic and the work depends on therapist I think. I feel the other clinic gets in the intimate areas very professionally bc of course I can’t have a good look overthere and here idk if is bc policy or respect they are more conservative with the brazilian and didn’t feel like it was very meticulously but I will still come to see the progress.

Today was the worst experience ever. I called that I was going to arrive 5minutes late and the lady said that because I was late, I would have to wait 50minutes for next appointment. Ok, I was kinda ok with that, but then I arrived there and they said they couldn't done my treatment, not even 50minutes later, because I was late and to rebook another day or 4 hours later that day. I could have saved my time, my parking. What a big mess. Not mention that they are ALWAYS late, and I have to wait.
So disappointed!!!

I usually go to the one near my house however this is closer where i work and time flexibility.

I have used services like facial, hair removal, micro needles,… here. So there must be some reasons for it: The quality of treatment, customer service, products, the hygiene, the price,…
I also have packages still, so really hope i will do well with their services coming, I know with the pics here, they know who I am of course.

Just what I experienced today that I want to share. These pics are my ears and face when I finish their Signature facial treatment, sand or something left from the procedure. It is so obvious and would be awful if I walk down the street with this look. Plus, hair has it too, I mean both hair and the roots of hair around the face 😞. The therapist tried to get me one hair cover at the beginning of the treatment (like the previous time I had the same treatment) but they’d run out of it, she said.

It was hard to get rid of it, took me 10 mins before I left the clinic.

1. Must not have left sand/things like that on customer’s face (and hair) when customers are said “All finished, you can go”
I felt something weird, I asked to have a mirror then I saw it, otherwise I just stepped out without notice.
Fyi, the last step of this facial is applying suncream on customer’s face. So, well, I know that they really meant that my face was ready to go.

2. I have fake eyelashes today, I know now it was a stupid idea, yer, there were some gone and nearly dropped after the facial treatment and it was obvious as well. I mean, if there are something have been beautiful things before but become missing and ugly after the treatment, as an unexpected consequence from the hand’s movement over the face, or whatever from the treatment, the therapist must tell the customer so they notice it to correct or fix it, right? Or even concern the customer before the treatment so they can get prepared themselves for the change, right?
No, we still communicate the whole time but I aware of it myself after they said All done.

Some couples of other things but those are enough to get my mood down today.

I consider and put 4 stars as many times I’d been there and never happened this badly.

Fifth time doing laser hair removal - I move around a lot so I’ve been to a new clinic for most of these treatments. Today was my first time at Clear Skincare and bummed I cannot return for more treatments here! Ash had such a warm welcoming and was so sweet. Easily the best clinic I’ve booked with so far.
