I have visited Mt Lawley Clinic several times in the past and usually had positive experiences. However, my visit yesterday was extremely disappointing. The nurse did not prepare the room; I walked in right after the previous client had left, which made it feel unclean and unprofessional. I can imagine it wasn’t pleasant for the previous client either. Additionally, the nurse did not leave the room to give me privacy while I changed, and I was not provided with protective glasses during the laser session, which left me unable to see for the entire duration. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning.

I initially loved the treatments and was really impressed with the skincare. However, over time, I started noticing more scars on my skin, and it now looks worse with more visible pores. This has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the significant amount of money I invested in these treatments.

The staff here are so helpful and very professional really cute space also.
I booked in laser treatment with Maddy she knows exactly what she’s doing!
I was a little nervous at first but she talked me all through it all explained everything to me, you can tell she is very knowledgable and professional at her job Thankyou maddy at clear skincare.

Very disappointing treatment, for half leg, bikini, armpits, buttocks and 3 add-ons, I was there under 10minutes ! Very rushed, and therefore ineffective, waste of money 🙁 I would also recommend to give your patients some privacy when getting undressed or changed, doing a good job does not mean getting as many clients as possible during the day..I won't be returning to this clinic.

We’ve been getting treatments from Clear Skincare Clinic Mt Lawley for a few years now. We are always happy with the treatments and also many of the different products that we’ve tried and still use. The staff are always friendly and helpful in helping us achieve our skincare goals. They are knowledgeable and well trained. We have even converted a few friends and family members. The gift vouchers make terrific gifts for everyone. Thank you for always making us feel special. The only thing missing in your clinics is a glass of Champagne. 🥂

I got my 2nd session of laser hair removal today at Mt Lawley clinic. I don't remember the nurse name, but she was very attentive, friendly & amazing at her job. She was great at talking through every step in process and made sure i was comfortable. Overall i had great experience.
