Got a Compactor and it never worked. Took it back and they said we can give you one next time free of charge. Rang this morning, nothing on file. Never using coats again.

Website states 12pm close on Saturday. Drive there at 1130am to hire gear and gates closed with sign stating 11am close time. Very frustrating .
