When we went to get blind, we had feeing that we are not dealing with a business but felt like Marianne and Mark is our family who are providing information and option to better suit our needs. They did not try to sell to us but provide us feature that will make our home more beautiful. Their communication and customer service were excellent (have beautiful ladies at the reception). Sheryl and the team were easy to interact with. From the moment I entered their doors to the time they installed the blinds in my house. They were friendly, professional and timely.
The guy sent to install the blinds was fast and efficient. He was patient with my requests and made sure I was happy with the installation before leaving.
I am a very indecisive person; I go back and forth alot with most things, I would like to thank Sheryl and the team for being patient and understanding. They gave me all the pros and cons of each product and allowed me space and time to make the decision. I felt like I was working with long time friends.
