Long time, repeat customer here.
It’s rare you come across a business that consistently exceeds expectations, but these guys just keep doing it. The people are lovely, the technicians are wizards, the pricing is very fair, and the experience is always positive. There’s genuinely nothing negative or opportunities for improvement I’m able to identify, so won’t hesitate to award the full five stars. Whatever they’re doing, from the customers’ perspective, is working.

Really quite disappointing service. Needed a seal for my coffee machine. Took the machine in to make sure I got the right part. Was sold the wrong part at twice the price online elsewhere with delivery. Took it back the next day. They said no refund. I had to argue that they’d sold me the wrong part and prove it was wrong before they begrudgingly refunded me.

Owner has since provided a response which incorrectly asserts I was provided with the correct part. This was not the case as the part given was a generic Lelit 57mm silicon seal whereas my Lelit Glenda requires a combination of larger gasket and smaller O ring of different dimension and specification, not a seal.

This was not a change of mind situation as asserted by the owner, rather a supply by them of the wrong part. Rather than accept responsibility, the owner has attempted to suggest that I was supplied with the correct part and seeking a 'change of mind', both of which are incorrect.

I do acknowledge removal by the owner of a stuck screw as identified by the owner in their response (why I gave 2 stars not 1), however this does not mitigate my concerns.

There was no apology or acknowledgement of error in store despite me needing to revisit the store a second time to return the wrong part.

I had problems with my machine and also in difficulties post surgery. I managed to organise to get the machine there and the team processed it quickly. I appreciated the help in my restricted state.
