The asian lady serving was very nice and polite. She waited for us to order without hurrying. We were group of 6 with our kids.
And the icecream is delicious.
Price are good as well.

$18 for 2 tiny scoops of 'icecream' that felt like grinded up sugary ice with artificial flavours. Mango sorbet has gotta be the sourest shit of a mango I've ever tasted, salted caramel kills you before you can finish it with all the sugar. Do not buy.

The staff at the store are always friendly. The guy who was there tonight always makes sure customer orders are just right! The store also has a better range than many Cold Rock outlets. Great work guys!

Went into the store and had to wait around 4 minutes to get served ice cream. The two staff members were focused on the phone(s), and standing beside the left freezer. They didn’t even notice I was inside waiting. Another woman entered and spoke up (around the 3.5 minute mark). The male staff member didn’t not perform hand hygiene. Then more customers walked in.

Place is Filthly! Tubs holding the old snacks are dirty and the whole place had never ever been deep cleaned!
Can't even read the flavours though the ancient foggy glass.
So many better places to get ice cream.
Please avoid this one.

Worst customer service. The boy and girl serving icecream are rushed us to decide the flavour. We family of 5 with 2 kids went to this shop but they restricted to give sample of 3 per family only which is like indirectly forced us to chose. You cannot restrict kids . Better mention this restriction policy in a board in ur shop so people can avoid visiting this shop again.

I HATE this place it's a long list why but I'll tell you all about it firstly me and my friend both got big chunks of ice in our ice creams and they were DISCUSTING! Secondly I got skiped in the line not only once but TWICE and I asked for 2 different flavours in one medium cup which costs extra money and I only got one of the two flavors I asked for! So what I'm trying to say is that you should never go to this place because it's dirty and grubby!!!!

My first time ever trying this type of ice cream service. The staff mixed the ice cream with toppings as per your preference.
The good thing about this shop is they open till 11pm.
