5.30pm Wednesday 8/12/24. No staff on checkout so had to put a FULL trolley of groceries through on self serve. Curly hair man offered no apology when asked. Sticking with Woolworths Morley who are much better and always well staffed on checkouts, with a decent store manager unlike the one you seem to have.

I am a regular here and was looking for assistance. I walked up to Judy one of the staff for help excusing myself and asked to find the location of a product when she point black ignored me and walked away and proceeded to dance around the shop. Judy was extremely rude and not professional. She can get away with doing it to me but I would hate for something like to happen to my elderly parents. Happy to give further details however this experience was very upsetting.

Today me and my husband went to Coles Morley we bought some stuff and gift, my husband paid for gift card and we came back to coles again to buy gift card, the guy who serve to my husband about gift card he was so rude even he doesn’t know how to polite with customer, my husband said my wife want to buy gift card and the counter guy said I can’t serve you. Why he doesn’t want to serve even we have different person to buy a gift card. Won’t come back Cole Morley rather to go some else.

I went into Coles yesterday Monday 21st of October 2024 to buy some groceries I grabbed a couple of free bananas for my two children as I paid for my groceries I showed the lady that was looking after the self serve cash registers the free bananas I grabbed for my children she looked at me like I was a theif and told me no I can't have them as my children where not with me this is DISGRACEFUL and DISGUSTING how I was treated she grabbed the bananas off me and gave me a awful look like I was stealing the bananas 🍌 you have no right to treat a customer like that shame on you I did not know my children had to be with me at Coles in order to have free fruit I will not be going back to this Coles again I am a paying customer not a theif I did not look at her name badge but she was an older woman with thin straight short shoulder length hair i think her name starts with M that spoke with a European accent you make me sick to the stomach and you need to wake up to yourself and STOP treating customers like dirt you have lost me and my family and friends as customers Coles !

We went for a 2 night stay, on sat night we had kids (3 under 15) next door banging doors, making alot of noise & banging on the wall. After complaining to staff, we had to move to another room at 8pm, not the people making the noise.
We weren't offered anything for us being inconvenienced.
Will never go back again, & we have been going twice a year for the last couple of years.
Metropol is where we will be spending our money now

Terrible service by the lady in the pic she spoke to me very rudely refusing to pack my groceries chucking them onto the end bit refused to tape up cat litter bag smashing all my eggs and refusing to get a replacement rudest checkout person ever terrible service
