They constantly close all the self serve cash checkouts and only have a couple cashiers working. There’s people lining up to use cash and people paying by card on the few cash machines this holds everyone up further! People should be able to pay by cash at the supermarket without the hassle.

Fantastic range of speciality items for a Coles, the store was very well stocked and there was plenty of stuff for both self-service and normal check outs.
Parking is good and prices are for the most part the same as any other Coles.

Fantastic Coles. A great selection of items and groceries. Fresh deli and seafood available.
Huge variety of cat and dog food.

I can't fault this store. Must have a really good stock manager and store manager. No empty spots on shelves. Im never disappointed visiting Mosman Park Coles.

Super clean store and really well presented. The lady on duty today on the Self Serve checkout was super friendly and helpful.

Carpark nice and close to entrance. Saves your back.

I recently received my delivery and have two concerns.
1. Missing Substitute Item
I had selected the option for substitute items, yet they were not included. I was told I hadn’t opted in, which contradicts my selection.
2. Unwanted Plastic Promotion
I was disappointed to receive a plastic promotional item (Harry Potter magical discs) that I did not request. When I asked why, I was told it was for people with children. I do not have children and was not given an option to decline it. Given Cole’s’ commitment to sustainability, distributing unnecessary plastic contradicts this goal.
Please reconsider how these unsustainable promotions are handled

sensory nightmare, lights in some of the fridges are unreasonably bright, and the music is always really really really loud. also i was told there was a reduced sensory hour every week day in the evening (which there isn't) when i called to complain a few months ago. as an autistic person i find it disproportionately distressing to be in there for more than a few minutes in comparison to other supermarkets which is extremely disappointing

Horrible horrible UNFAIR and DISCRIMINATORY I have a disability. I have virtually 0$ and my shopping was left 2 bags by the door. And the rest of the bags left around the corner- I didn’t see them for a week and I tried to contact coles many many times. No response. Nothing. They reimbursed me about half of what I lost. But they didn’t refund me. No. I have to spend that money via Cole’s online. I have been trying for the past 2 hours to put an order through.

You know what I ate today? Some pasta with some carrot. That was my last food. What am I supposed to do?

Sure, if you have money, if you’re able bodied. Coles is great and convenient. If u don’t have money or capabilities. You will starve and it’s not even your fault.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AS A BUSINESS YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SERVICE THAT ISNT ABLEIST
