An awful experience with click and collect. Fresh produce was bad quality and going off, and not advised of out of stock items. One person on section. Not impressed as having to bring back "off items next week".

What a horrid shop to visit. Expect to be sent from one checkout to another, with no-one willing to actually serve you. In fairness we had a huge trolley load so bless the girl who finally let us through her checkout. Very frustrating though, watching everyone else be served except you. My advise if you have a large shop to do, go elsewhere!

As Far as shops go Coles is clean and the staff are helpful, but I find the use of the self service checkouts a demoralising option, their was only one paid checkout person working on a Friday morning, Coles not only expect us to select our purchases from the shelves as we have always done but save them extra money By making us ring the purchases up ourselves, if we got a discount for doing so fair be it, but the insult of not only doing fellow Australians, many shops are switching back to good old service, until then I Will never use self service.

Did the click and collect for the first time, to say the least the lady that brought our stuff out made it uncomfortable she just stood there and didn't say a word, and one of the items I pre paid for, wasn't in stock and I got an email to say there was no suitable substitute, so I said to the lady do I get a refund, and she said you have to go to the website and fill out a form, and I'm thinking so I have to apply for my OWN money, no that should be automatically refunded because if people don't check there emails there losing there money. To say the least I'll be doing the shopping myself from now on.

There is a really cool part of the pet aisle. You can pick and scoop custom treats for your dogs. So many options to choose from.

Been here a few times & has a nice open feel with relatively short aisles. Things appear a bit jumbled with cold & frozen items across the back & down the fresh food side not on one side.

Fresh fruit & vegetables range very limited with lots of empty spaces.

Other food range appeared normal.

Prices appeared fair with what we pay back in Brisbane.

Lots of parking. Adjacent to Coles petrol station.

Coles actually had loads of variety in the way of meat, frozen veg, bakery stuff etc. As per usual the checkout was open and a massive line of people because we don't want to use the stupid self serve check outs as we refuse to do your job for you as that's what you're getting paid to do. Got friendly kind service today...lots of Aboriginal/indigenous people stealing from coles which will get reported to police
