I shop at Coles for my groceries for quite some time now as I can find a variety of products I need. However, recently I’m really disappointed about the $5-$5.50 punnet of strawberries I have been purchasing. I purchase them as back in 2021 I noticed how much nicer they were than the cheaper strawberries. I buy them for my son so I am willing to pay good money for it. The recent bunch, the fourth one to be exact have all been mushed up, off looking and slimy. Coles you need to check the quality of your produce before selling to consumers. Price of living is already insane and the profits margins are just beyond and to sell us crap produce just to throw away is extremely frustrating. I am throwing money away at this point and will not be purchasing them again. I will look for a local producer from here.

The worst customer service I have experienced with staffs at front counter today, around 4.50-5.30pm. Three staffs are very lazy, rude, unfriendly and lacks knowledge for the click and collect procedure and did not help at all.

Had to wait at the front counter for a click and collect order for 40 minutes, tried to cancel an online order and they asked you to call but nobody answered. Finally, received an order but some items are missing and also charge overprice for the weighted lamb cutlet.

Dont place an online order at Coles, recommend to shop at Woolies, at least the customer service is much much better than here.

Inside Winston malls, never too crowded, easy and quick shopping with reasonable prices and wide range like any other Coles store with specials and clearance section included. Nice and efficient staff, single level parking and shop is right next to escalator entry(there are two end of the mall other one opens to ALDI).

this Coles is the best Coles in Sydney. the service was amazing and the worker named Leo is the best. he give me lots of help and give me some extra if you know ? He fills me up like he fills up the shelves

I had bad experience with the staff today. She did not give me exact amount of change and she insisted she it was correct. I was worried because I need the change for my work. Staff needs to be trained. She was very annoying. When i complained to her she ignored me. I was waiting for half an hour to review the CCTV and after that she finally gave the change. The Coles staff needs to be more charitable especially when they did wrong. Overall again bad experience at Coles in Winston Hills ?

Poor customer relations when handling customer complaints at the front checkout.
Store manager is impartial and a decent man, shame about some of his staff.
Staff need to be trained in dealing with frustrated customers .
Past recent yrs nearly on a weekly basis i have picked up products marked or placed on the shelf in the wrong location and been charged wrong price at the checkout!
This is a cost factor to my grocery bill at the end of te day!!
This is an ongoing issue, staff need to be given more training on placing.goods on the shelves and placing the correct product to reflect the correct price.
Don't attack or demean the customer ,there are always two sides to a story !!!!

I have been a customer at this Coles since it opened.
This morning all the aisles had rubbish all over the floor which is a slip hazard
The lettuce was very dirty product
The Bananas looked like they had been in storage for some time.
This used to be a great store
