I would have used the contact form, but I ant send an email. When I went to pickup my Click and Collect order at Wynnum Chemist warehouse yesterday The manager served me. She asked for my license which I showed her. She then wanted the last 4 digits of my credit card. Since I placed the order I was able to answer, however often my husband collects and he has an issue each time because he doesn't know the numbers. I mentioned this to the manager and her response was that I should provide my husband with a photo of the credit card. This is really poor financial advise. What if the collector is a disability support worker, am I meant to give them a phot too! If you've checked my license, why on earth do you need credit card details. Just because your system has been programmed to work this way, it doesn't mean its right. The staff at the Wynnum store need to get off there high horses and realize that the store exists to serve customers not so that the staff and managers can lord over us customers. It happens just about every time I go into the Wynnum store.

While I was in the supermarket today, they had finished putting out peanuts of strawberries. I thought they look really nice until I saw that it had some rotten strawberries in it. That was okay so I picked up another one and again had some rotten strawberries picked up another one and the same thing staff member was standing there so I pointed out the rotten strawberries. I didn’t raise my voice. I don’t believe I was rude. I spoke nicely and just said nicely is this what you consider quality?
I even showed her the punnets
She was very quick to say
Don’t take it up with me in a very stern voice
Then she just walked off
I wouldn’t be too keen on buying those strawberries likely to get rather nasty case of food poisoning

Coles, you absolute scammers. I purchased some items off UberEats. You picked these yourself so you are too blame. I ordered 3 tomatoes and you charged me for 321g. These tomatoes only weighed 219g. You scammed me for 100g of product you did not supply.

Do not trust Coles. If you order off them, weigh your food. The scams you try pull over on your customers are disgusting.

They don't follow their own quality policy. Roast chickens should not be more than 4 hours old on the shelf. They were selling 5.5 hour old roast chickens.

You loose 2 stars for making my self seve checkout experience more difficult than it needed too be on 2 occasions in 1 visit.
You loose 1 star for selling me a faulty shopping bag.
