Staff are rude and slow on customer servicedesk. Did not know how to refund. Was over charged, miss- scan. Was told as it was over 2 weeks ago so they could not refund. I said I would escalate the matter to head office. Manager came over, didn't blink a eye and asked the assistant to refund. Lost a customer to woolies. Customer service goes a long way. Retrain your staff in customer service and how to operate the till! Also its rude to start talking to other customers and staff when your customer is still waiting to only not be able to complete the transaction and have to transfer to another staff member due to incompetence.

Just went to coles at the plaza and the self serve attendant ESCORTED me to the checkout to scan my toilet paper (which was in plain view) despite me telling her I was capable of scanning it myself. It's called Self serve for a reason. If you're too paranoid to let me shop there, I won't!! Woolies is right next door......

I recently had a shopping experience at Coles, and while the overall team and management were quite lovely, I encountered two team members who were less than pleasant. Despite that, I appreciate the excellent service provided by the rest of the team and the kindness of the manager. It's unfortunate that the actions of a few individuals can impact an otherwise positive shopping experience.

Always quick and easy to find what I need. This time I wanted lunch for 2 of scotch fillet beef and a packet salad. Under $30. Simple, quick and easy cook in 5 min. No lines as I went to self-serve, went around 11.30 not overly busy in store.

Typical Coles store, I like it here. Self serve staff are generally on the ball unlike some other stores. It's a clean and maintained store. They no longer allow shoplifting.

The staff we encounted whislt shopping at Coles plaza were extremely rude , I asked one where the chilli beans were and was snapped at and told to use my eyes although they were right on the bottom shelf out of my view as I was holding my 4month old , next I tried to get past the meat section and had about 4 staff standing there when I said excuse me I was grunted at by one of the women there . The checkout staff were lovely treated my young kids with respect asked how our and their day was , and a online shopper asked us if we need assistance which we didn't at this point she was lovely . Won't shop here again cheers

Using click and collect here is fraught with errors. Items frequently missing. Especially on the last 2 shops. Before that I was buying Tobacco products for someone else. On 2 consecutive weeks. When groceries brought out by the same person. These items were missing. It is fine that Coles apologise, however and offer a credit. It just seems to be at this store, Why>?
