Don’t recommend their click and collect service. We waited far too long, they mixed our order with another order in the same bag? And they forgot our avocados. Not to mention, we ordered banana bread. Our order was for the 23rd of November. We get back and realise that it’s USE BY THE 23RD OF NOVEMBER!! They gave us the old stuff without a care in the world.

Poorly organised, aisles barely wide enough to pass two trolleys, deli area poorly designed so was unable to get to many of the cold cabinets if more than two people waiting at the deli. Overall a very unenjoyable experience, won't be going back

Click and collect here has become terrible!! Most times I’ve been lately, I have waited up to 45mins to find a park and for someone to bring my groceries out.
I placed an order for a click and collect today and paid the $5 rapid fee but didn’t hear anything about my order for hours but the money got taken from my account. I then called to check on my order and they hung up on me the first time around and when I called again, the young fella said that it was ready so I drove there to collect but when I got there, they then proceeded to tell me that there was no order for me and it had been cancelled. I told them I drove all the way there as I’d been told they’re ready to collect and they still refused to fulfil my order because they’re just ‘too busy’. To say I’m angry is an understatement. Do not recommend Cole’s Yamanto!!

No stock on the shelves. It’s quite horrible to look at all the freezers and see nothing on the shelves. Nothing in the bakery section either. The shopping experience was disappointing. At least there were trolleys available.

I ducked into your store for a couple of things and left with other items because of your bakery, Knowing that your team member (I believe was Salina) was cooking on the grill fresh pancakes, my grandson was loving watching her cooking them, I asked her a few questions about them, which she kindly explained, then she gave the three kids a free taste of them, we then bought 2 packs as my grandson said "They are the best ever". So thank you Salina for making their day and to see how fresh your pancakes are. PS: was 24th Sept at 12 noon.

Went to checkout Monday morning ,19 th Aug waiting in the fast checkout line but after.the useless girl older girl finished serving the person she just walked away and checked her phone. Not interested in service. The other one in the self service area was looking at me and talking to the other. Eventually I just left my shopping wan walked out and went to Woolworths.
Manager needs a good kick . Why is this allowed and why is staff allowed to. Walk away from the counter and play with their phone.
