I wouldn’t normally rate anyone or any business a 1 star, but I can’t say anything good about my experience with Colliers last year. I found their valuation department super inefficient with our time, unprofessional and, in my opinion, biased in their valuations. Trust the reviews you read online and don’t use them, especially if they are contracted/recommended by the other party.

After 3 days they still have not released (Sale of Property) Deposit funds from their Trust Account. After many phone calls and emails, I am still waiting. I would certainly never list another property with them.

New lots being sold at the Parks at Stretton (south of Brisbane) for $675,000 by Colliers. Hope the new buyers spending that kind of money know that basic ADSL is not available in the estate and hasn't been available for over two years now.

Time to do something about this and let prospective buyers know upfront. Colliers only seem to be interested in a good sale!
