Peter, his son Noah and Tony recently installed cellulose roof insulation and under floor batts. They arrived at the stated time and were very friendly, courteous and efficient. These are ethical people providing professional advice. The products are great and the quality of workmanship is excellent. The house is definitely cooler since having the insulation installed. If you are thinking about insulating your house or enhancing what is already there, I highly recommend Peter and his team.

We've had Peters insulation in our roof for over 3 months.

Our house has a very narrow pitch roof. As such there is no man hole and any access would only be through the gal roof sheets. It's a double story at about 5.5m high.

Because of this, I had several "roof insulation" companies provide either outlandish quotes or no quote at all. One company advised we would be better off replacing our entire roof!

Peters quote was thorough and he did us a solid and held the quote for over a year while we saved.

Peter was easy to communicate with, was happy to answer our questions ( for which we had many) and was punctual on the day.

He happily removed the required roof sheets, even going above and beyond to remove more roof sheets for the electricians who were installing fans. Adding to that, he replaced a heap of old nails with proper screws once the roof sheets were reinstalled. A report and photos were provided.

After a lot of speculation about pump in-insulation, we can confirm that the temperature difference in our home is night and day. We are seeing a roughly 7-10 degree difference from when we had no insulation. The need for air con has been drastically reduced.

We don't have any reports of dust in the house as was mentioned by others and I have since installed 2 solar extractors and noted the insulation has not settled as others mentioned it can do.

Overall, I would recommend Peter, his team and their product to anyone who needs insulation and a stress free experience. Thanks team!

I highly recommend Peter and his team. I started with getting the roof insulated in my Queenslander that is over 100 years old. When they arrived, Peter checked the roof and told me it was actually already insulated (and showed photos of the high quality wool batts they found) but he luckily (being thorough) found that one section of the roof had been overlooked in the past. So they did that bit. Immediately there was a huge difference in that room, by about 4 degrees. They came back to do the floor and it added another 3 degrees. I am particularly aware because I have a small baby so I have thermometers in most rooms to make sure it’s warm enough (it’s winter right now). The whole house stays warmer and a more constant temperature.

Sometimes it’s 7 degrees warmer than outside, so a massive difference. I appreciate Peter’s honesty, he always showed pictures before and after, and made it as economical and straightforward as possible. The house is much more comfortable as a result and I think summer will be much more comfortable too.

Peter and his staff were awesome! We appreciated the comprehensive information they provided as part of their initial quote on which we based our decision about which type of insulation we would like that fitted our budget and our values.
They were prompt and did the job within the time we were told it would take them.
Also, like Peter said, we felt the difference in temperature as soon as we stepped into the house. Our home is now more livable!
Peter also inspected our roof of his own volition, and gave us useful advice about a few issues that we were not aware about. That's definitely going the extra mile for an already well done job.👍

We had underfloor insulation and ceiling insulation installed by Peter and the team in our 120 year old Queenslander. Yesterday the outside temp was 7-29 but inside the temp was 17-23 which is fantastic! Living in Stanthorpe with wooden floors and badly installed insulation we would have had inside temp of 12-26 previously. Peter fixed the badly installed insulation before pumping theirs in over the top. So very professional. Thanks so very much, winter will be so much warmer too.

I had used a different installer who had used comfort zone insulations product. There had been a break down in communication and Peter graciously agreed to come and inspect the job. Peter was wonderful to deal with. Swift responses to any communication and arrived on site at the time and day he said he would (very rare these days)
Peter inspected and photographed the job for me, even offering to make it look tidier if I would have liked (the job had been done well, but was slightly untidy)
Peter went absolutely above and beyond any expectations to ensure the job the previous installer had completed was above satisfactory.
I have not met a more honest or passionate business man/tradie before. 10/10 in all respects.

Peter and his son Moses have done an excellent job insulating our ceiling. I knew very little about insulation quality, type, installation etc.
Peter's on line information and marketing made me aware of proper installation processes and common scams or unnecessary add ons that a sales person might recommend.
Peter's was not the cheapest quote I received, but in my opinion the best value for money.
I could have got a cheaper job done but it would have been a cheap job.
Peter has a good work and business ethic. He showed me pictures of the completed work and his attention to detail. This is indeed a family buisness.

The tutorial video is a must watch as Peter explains in detail what you need to know so that you feel confident that you are getting a professional and durable service.
