I ordered for the first time earlier this year, and had a very good experience. The website was easy to navigate and included all the necessary information, and the item I ordered is a seriously good piece of kit - really high quality, solidly built, runs quiet - and comes with a ton of accessories at no extra charge.

The item I ordered was on back-order and the communication around this was top-notch - no bait and switch at all. It was noted on the website, at the time of ordering, and then in post-ordering communications (from memory, both email and text). I waited for a little while to leave this review so I could see if I needed to contact them for anything else - but I haven't needed to, since everything is running smoothly.

We couldn’t live without our commercial dehydrator now. Instead of having to process every day during our stone fruit season we can do a once a week or fortnight processing we regularly fit 120kg plus of fruit in the dehydrator. The deep trays are amazing for thick fruit delight and the flexibility of leaving trays out means we can do whole fruits like figs, apricots and even apples. Great service we have the silicon sheets to go with the trays makes flipping the sheets and clean up easy.
This dehydrator needed a special plug but easily sourced and fitted by electrician.
I’d recommend getting both the solid trays and the mesh trays or at least half and half if you can’t afford both sets.

Seems a quality product.
I reviewed this product online & also rang sales to discuss its features plus verify the 5 year Australian warranty.
The online purchase procedure was simple with an automatic 10% discount popup during the checkout as a bonus.
This product comes complete with non stick silicone mats to cover all 10 trays which are usually an extra buy with other units or not available at all.
Can't wait for delivery to fire up my next batch of Beef Jerky & dry some Queen Garnet Plums next season.

Best product on the market, taking into account quality, complete kit, price (currently 41% off) and a 5 yr warranty.
I returned the other dehydrator I had purchased only weeks earlier, when a friend who has a biltong company put me in touch with Commercial Dehydrators,
I called customer service at 8pm Friday Perth time and received a call back the following morning.
Josh and I had a good chat and I was very happy with the customer service and he answered the few questions I had.
I then bought 2 of the 10 tray, 0.6m2 premium domestic dehydrators, one for me and one for my mum.

Fantastic service and heaps of information provided! I saw them on Instagram and decided to take the plunge and order. I had a few questions that they answered promptly via DM. My main concern was where the heater was located (making sure it is at the back - which it is) to make sure everything heats evenly. The fact that the 10% discount pops up and the mats come with purchase on this bundle is the cherry on top. Can’t wait to make venison jerky and process my harvest quickly! My husband is so excited too. I will update upon delivery.
