I bought my first washer from this place. All I can say is that I am very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. From my first enquiry to my first load of washing, I was impressed with Philip's friendliness & professionalism in making the sale, Anthony's skill & knowledge in the delivery and installation, and the superb quality of the machine itself!
If I ever need a new Speed Queen (which I won't for at least two or three decades), I know where I'll be buying one from. Would highly recommend!

Other repairer pulled out because our washing machine is too heavy. Commercial were unbelievably brilliant! Fixed it and recommended keeping the 20yr old machine. Only a small extra charge for a major part.

Phoned up this company 3pm with query about buying a replacement machine. New washing machine delivered installed and broken down one taken away next at by 12noon. Full marks to Phillip in Sales and Anthony who delivered and installed new one and took away old one. Fantastic Customer Service.

Bl###dy Time Wasters! "Joplin" advised me that he has plenty of Keenmaid timers. Wants purchase order...then no reply...then appology...then wants more details...still no reply. I gave up and got one from another supplier within 3 days.
