Compass was a fantastic company to work with. They were very responsive and did what needed to be done to get me the shed I was looking for to the correct specifications. There was an issue with a supplier and some items weren't being delivered on time, but Compass advocated for me and got me a discount in the end. My shed was built on time and under budget! I highly recommend Compass Sheds & Garages

The journey with the Compass team has been a good one for us. We actually started the process with the previous owners of the company and it took a while to get Council approval. When the business changed hands, Alex took over the management of the design. I cannot speak highly enough of his attention to detail, and the patience he displayed in producing a number of options/designs, which were refined to arrive at the final excellent product that we have today. We had a tight space available in a small strata complex and we were able to fit into the space, 1 double garage, 2 single garages, and an awesome attached carport with a higher height access. We required a skillion roof design to help us with drainage. It’s just so important to spend sufficient time on the design, so you get exactly what you require. We didn’t have any variations during the build phase.
The shed builder Chris was excellent, very professional and easy to work with, and a very keen attention to detail. Chris and his team worked through some very difficult weather conditions (quite windy) to get the shed built on time.
The delivery of the kit was staggered over a 2 week period, which isn’t ideal, but as I understand it, there have been lots of supply chain delays resulting from the pandemic etc etc.
We arranged our own concrete engineering and install, and it worked out good.
All things considered we are very happy customers and couldn’t have achieved it without the help from the Compass team.

Amazing company!! Very reasonable prices for awesome sheds. Staff are lovely and very pleasant to deal with. Communication was excellent and they kept me in the loop about wait times. COVID has made things really tough for small business but they bent over backwards to make things happen as soon as they could for me. Highly recommend Compass Sheds and Garages!!

Compass Sheds provided great customer service, but the quality of the shed we have had for 2 years is of poor engineering design. The windows are always leaking due to no flashing, there is not enough C purlin support along a 7 m wall, insufficient flashings, door locks have never worked, and insufficient screws in flashings. Getting measurements wrong for a step down.
No acknowledgement of the issues or attempt to fix or view the issues. Sorry to say this, but it's better to pay a bit more and get a better quality shed.
