It's a rarity nowadays to walk into a clothing store and meet someone who works there that has good taste and an eye for men's fashion, you just don't expect that kind of attribute in retail anymore. I just want to give a big shout out to the young gentleman named Anthony who took the time to help me and stayed patient while I was trying to pick something for a job interview.
As a new bachelor in my 50's the only fashion I know is Hi-Viz work wear for FIFO and Anthony was instrumental in assisting me with the right attire and style suitable for the occasion, I am very thankful, you've won my business and loyalty. To Connor Clothing, look after this guy, make sure to keep him around and make sure he gets to mentor others, walking in that store today didn't feel like a run of the mill retail outlet but an actual exclusive fashion district establishment. *customer service is key*be nice to people* It's that simple, Anthony got that spot on. Looking forward to my next batch of purchases.

Good store but should think of hiring new staff. Customer service was appalling, one of the male workers was incredibly rude and passive agressive. Took a look at me and automatically assumed i did not speak english. Then at register, made me wait because he was busy flirting with a female worker. Made some snarky comments about the clothes i picked that truly offended me. I go to the store to shop, not to be belittled!!

The customer service provider one lady and a men who worked on Saturday 14th sept around 3-5PM need some training on how to deal with customer. Especially that lady was so rude I think company should give her some training on how to deal with customer or some professional development.

My husband has been shopping via this store for many years. Today is the first time we ever experience such a rude costomer service by the female staff. I don't know why she was in bad mood . We went with our parent, one of them is disabled and they do not understand English properly. The female staff spoke in rude way to my father-in-law to put down the thing which was in package. Our parent does not understand the English language properly but they could easily sense the tone and intention shown by the female staff. The whole time we were in store, the female staff treating in improper way. We will never visit to this store again. Really disappointed.

Worst customer service experience with a female employee. She was very rude and sarcastic.
I went to the store to buy something for my husband i like one shirt and hoodie.
I asked the lady for price and size as shirt didn’t have tag. She said i need to remove this from shop as this is the last piece.
I drop my idea to buy hoodie as well and hang the hoodie and started to leave the shop. She called and said you can’t leave things behind like that seriously….in rude and sarcastic way. I hanged the hoodie gently on a hanger and i want to buy or not it’s my look out and most importantly I want to let her know as well it’s your job to keep the items back and if you can’t speak politely with customers then you are on wrong place this job is not for you. I check their website for reviews and find out most the people are complaining for same issues.
I went back next day to know what was wrong and the man was their i really appreciate the men he listened all the matter and apologised on her behalf as well.

The man that works at the store is friendly
and helpful. The women was so rude and has no people skills at all. We will drive to another location rather than deal with her again.

In addition to how rude She was during checkout she came over to me afterwards and moved my trolley she didn't ask me to move it before doing it herself. My baby was in the trolley at the time and she moved it so fast it caused my baby to hit her head on the handle. She did not apologise just walked off.

Selections were great but a fair few jackets I liked were out of my size (XL). Still, got a jacket, 2 trousers and 2 t shirts for around $200. Good value for money. Staff also attentive and helpful.

Tried to return faulty goods at the store and was told it needed the original store tags attached. Contacted the website help centre via their feedback form 4 weeks ago. No response. Rang their 1300 number twice since and left contact details as instructed. Still no response even after 2 weeks. This phone number goes to a third party engaged to handle enquiries who never answer the phone. Buyer beware.
Update. Customer Service did get back to me and they agreed to a return and full refund.
