Very friendly staff, and it was awesome, i thought i have to do it my self, i ask my hubby to come with me as well just incase, but apparently they came to you with their trolley and all you have to do is unload the containers and bottles and transfer to the trolley and they do the rest, they gave you the pager, wait for the buzz then your money is ready to collect at the counter. How awesome is that. Thank you. ?

I want to give these mob a 1star so no-one else goes there and they never get busier! But, they're all very nice and fast, and they play THE best music too for while you wait! (Which hasn't ever been very long for me:)

I love going here to cash in my containers. The staff are amazing and are always helpful and polite. They are usually super busy, but get everyone through as quickly as possible. I had 3 trolley loads this morning and didn't even have to line up. Thanks for the great work everyone and I will see you agin soon.

I haven't been here since the containers for change scheme started because I was dreading the wait time and chaos. Wow these guys have improved their process. The lady I spoke to Tamara was so friendly and super helpful explaining the different options for recycling. I opted to drop and go and the money was in my account the next day.

The staff are friendly & patient...
Although in the reviews some have mentioned that they gave waited for up to 2hrs, myself I havent (I know this will not always be the case though.) I go by the time guide which lets you know roughly how busy what time is on a certian day is. So if your frustrated by sitting there for 2hrs or however hours you are sitting in your car, maybe try looking at that before you go down.
