U Can Recycle outlets are the best run and most efficient Containers for Change recycle points that I have been to. Staff are always friendly and working to ensure fast and efficient counting.

They need to make it known that it's now only self serve. I turned up with over 500 containers and my 2 yr old in the car I couldn't leave him Unattended in the car for that long.

Can't do it yourself and they push cans through as fast as possible so that they are able to rip off anywhere from 3 to 5 dollars on every lot they process as they know that the machine can only count so fast so if they push cans through faster than the machine can scan they are making more profit and ripping customers off at the same time

First ever visit and be the last. Music blaring and absolutely zero conversation or instruction from the staff. Just point and grunt. Bloody terrible experience and wont be doing it again.. Surely if you haven't been before they could explain the procedure.

I use this business once a month and generally receive about $50+ dollars each time. After Christmas etc i had more bags than usual so you can imagine my surprise only receiving $35. The system of the office paying me was not in place. Instead a young boy brought the money to my car. I went back in and questioned one of the workers who punched numbers into his calculator several times. Same result! After talking with another worker, he again added it up on his calculator $72.90! Same numbers on the page as before but a totally different outcome. Cans were counted in record time and no bags returned. Made me wonder if they counted them at all. This system is totally open to rorting and i left feeling they were trying to rip me off. Not happy!.

I'm giving you a 4 subject to change, excuse the pun. You may be aware of social media bringing it to everyone's attention how they are being ripped off. I have only been in twice. First time l was robbed but wasn't game say anything (unlike me) second time l counted 3 TIMES, wrote down what l had, and informed the man l was ripped off last time. This time it was spot on. Next time l will triple count, number containers, and WILL NOT put up with being ripped off. So please make your counters aware, we are on to them and won't stand for it.
