I tried all of clinics around Sydney
What do I like here?
Here is the most clean and I tried almost every service they have. Some product happy, some product not as a general.

I don’t mind a high cost but I don’t think it is worth to pay specially for…
-I got Morpheus8, the Dr Jean Paul does not show me he use a new needles or clean tools, I believe they may change the new one for each client but I can smell the burn from last customer in the tools that Dr should say something to make me confident it is clean and for the result…nothing happen
-I got sculptra from Dr Honda, he only put for jaw line for few minute and done… for the result I don’t see anything happen but when I do other place, other Dr injection around the face took time about 45 mn and I satisfied with the result.
-when I tried to book other service again. Someone told me on the phone. Book me please my name….don’t book Dr because expensive but samething….🧐 I am not sure I can feel good or bad with this advice.
-anytime I got there. I was not sure the receptionist unable to smile because of heavy botox or just personality like that. Nothing wrong but should be nice greeting for the client because we pay more than $1000 up for each time.

I just had the CO2 laser treatment on my face and neck at Contour Clinic, and I have to say—I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable the entire procedure was. If you’re worried about pain, don’t be. It was far less intense than I expected, and the staff made me feel at ease every step of the way.

The team is absolutely amazing—professional, warm, and incredibly supportive. The procedure itself was quicker than I anticipated, and everything was clearly explained to me beforehand.

I’ll update this review as the healing progresses and results begin to show, but for now, I just want to say a big thank you to the team at Contour Clinic. You really made this a great experience.

I dealt with Tori at Contour Clinics who was particularly kind and professional. I ended up needing to cancel a treatment due to a family emergency and she was both empathetic and understanding. A real example of what good customer service looks like!! I'll be sure to come back to this clinic in the future and recommend my friends.

High level of professionalism, empathy as well as very well skilled in each team of cosmetics.
I had a very honest and professional consultation with Dr Jean-Paul as well as Catalina where money was not the sole goal but to assist in the best way possible for my needs with results and longevity.

Prior to my consultation I assumed at first perhaps I may feel pressured to do each treatment I went in for a consultation in, however this was quite the opposite I left with knowledge and research options.
For this I will be rebooking my first session very soon.

I went for a consultation three weeks ago for laser treatment. I was told they couldn’t give me a price for a half face CO2 laser treatment and that I would receive it by email. A week later, I followed up and was told they were sorry and would get back to me as soon as possible. It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t heard anything.

Frankly, it feels disrespectful. It shows that good marketing and a pretty interior don’t make up for poor service. I’ve since read other reviews that reflect the same issue.

In the meantime, I managed to find another clinic, had a proper consultation, and already completed my first CO2 session.

I saw Dr Fane Hu and had an exceptional experience. He was warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I went in for lip filler and he recommended some other tweaks with zero pressure to proceed. I agreed and ended up having several more tweakments done that I’d honestly never have gotten had he not recommended them, but WOW!! The results are incredible. Worth every cent. I’m actually blown away by how just a handful of small tweaks using injectibles can make such a noticeable improvement. I’ve been doing double takes at my side profile, because he’s streamlined it so beautifully - my jawline looks sharper, my face is more balanced and my lips are so natural - easily the best anyone’s ever done them. It’s clear he’s passionate about what he does and is a true artist. I will definitely be returning again and asking Dr Fane Hu to SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY. Highly recommend.
