What an amazing dining experience! You are welcomed by a beautiful exterior - full of green and bushes, then invited to a beautiful interior with high stable like structure with elegant decor.

All the dishes we ordered tasted so fresh and you can actually see them prep the meals.

The organic chicken was so perfectly tender and the sauces were amazing. We also could not get enough of their organic wood fired bread!

Will definitely be back to try their other dishes!

Incredible dining experience here, would highly recommend!! The food was impeccable, tasty and used the freshest of produce. What a wonderful gem!

Went here to catch up with an old manager of mine ! To start off the restaurant was very appealing and laid out nicely and not cramped at all with beautiful architecture!

The food was brilliant - highlights for me was the beef and charred cabbage. That said all the wood was really good and presented well.

It’s nice to have such a nice place doing garden to table stuff not far out of the Freo! Definitely check this out 🙏

Today, I had lunch with my husband at this restaurant called Coogee Common, in Coogee, just north of Perth. It’s a very charming and picturesque place—not luxurious, but well-decorated and inviting. The restaurant is located right across from the beach, practically just a street away, and the view is stunning.

The space is divided into several different rooms, and we sat in what was probably the most modern area, overlooking their large garden. They have an impressive plantation filled with vegetables, aromatic herbs, fruit trees, vines, and a huge variety of produce, including zucchini, eggplants, leeks, and more. It’s wonderful to see such a strong commitment to organic farming.

The food was absolutely delicious. The menu is not too long—which I actually appreciate—and everything looked fresh and beautifully presented. What we ordered was simply divine!

Overall, we truly enjoyed our lunch at Coogee Common and highly appreciated the experience. It’s a fantastic spot for fresh, organic, and flavorful food in a beautiful setting.

Relaxing, Great background music, Fantastic options for the food palette from the amazing garden. A good choice of Commercial and Craft tap beers, Guinness for me and Swany D for the 'Roughyings' . Isaac makes a great cocktail 🍸 and a good choice of spirits and wine. Be sure to bring your card as no cash, but these people are very accommodating when it comes to the crunch. This will be my home for the week whilst in the city from the bush.

Really nice atmosphere with easy car parking outside. This is one of the two places around Coogee that Wise Woman (my wife) wanted to try so I guess I could not go wrong! 😅 we were seated near the kitchen which was a nice experience because we really got to see and hear the busy-ness of the place. If you want a quieter area, best to ask for one of the other areas. Service was attentive and quick. Judging by the crowd and the number of orders during Sunday lunch, this was impressive. The food we ordered was interesting and we intend to return to try the other items on the menu.

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing meal here. The food was fantastic. Everything is so fresh and tasty. My vegetables were the best, my lamb was cooked to perfection. My partner had pasta with seafood and enjoyed it so much. Even our bread with hand churned butter was amazing. My partner enjoyed a couple of really good glasses of wine and the waitress made me an amazing gin drink. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is in a gorgeous historical building and the atmosphere is cosy and comfortable. We can't wait to go back. We were both so impressed.
