I had a split system Fujitsu air conditioner installed last week in my downstairs living area of my terrace and another smaller unit installed in bedrooms upstairs facing west- the upstairs rooms were very hot on summer afternoons. I have given a 4 star rating only because I haven't really had the opportunity to test out the 2 products. From my initial phone call, the staff at Cooltech were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. After paying an initial deposit, supply and installation was reasonably quick. Mitch who installed the units explained the installation process to me and we agreed to change what was planned for the downstairs outside unit, it was mounted on to brackets in a small space. I also really like the brackets which the outside upstairs unit sit on- the base unit looks very neat and tidy. Before leaving Mitch provided a rundown on how the units operate. Thanks Cooltech for your help, I look forward to getting using my new units.

Great company to deal with. Awesome comms and best of three quotes. Tradies on the job (Isaac and Lucas) were really great and did a fantastic job with the install. The weatherboard waterproofing complication was addressed professionally and they worked with me on getting to a result I was happy with too.

Nothing to complain about with a trade service is a rarity so I'm very grateful for the result.

Absolutely brilliant service! From the very first phone call to their office to request a technician attend to the follow up to make sure we were happy with the work. We were kept up to date with the progress of the job (waiting on parts) and the Technicians arrived when they said they would. Couldn't fault and no hesitation in recommending.
