Check the conditions of sale. They won’t take returns after seven days after delivery. I hadn’t even taken it out
of the box in that time. It will cool you if you are directly in front of it. But if you want to cool a room, or more than one person, this is not for you.

I have bought back the unit many times it does not cool this company all they did is replace my current unit with their demonstration unit thinking I would not get the same issue all it is a glorified fan that does not even cool my bedroom door is open the short tail is out the window breathing the hot air out is out the window the unit is right near me and believe me the only time it cools is when it is cold outside but when heat gets above 35 degrees Celsius outside the machine becomes hot and even if ran all day my room is never cool worst machine ever spent and highly priced on disability pension all they say we can't see a fault so refuse too refund all their five star reviews on their website must have been paid for and no I will not spend more petrol bringing it back for a useless test all I ask is bring it back and get my money back your heat testing guns etc are faulty as well try and sit in front of this machine for a day in a hot room and see if you get cool even though it says I never bought back I did many times

Chuffed with my coolzy. We bought it for travelling and it was hot as hell. Didn't both the battery too much and we got a good nights kip. Recommend everyone to checkout the tent cause it was good for combating mozzies.

Great little unit. We used it all summer (in our baby's room). It remained pointed at the cot and worked (even in 40+ temps). Didn't notice it on the elec bill. Highly recommend to anyone conscious of bills that likes a good night's sleep.

Even though I am the inventor, I am continually surprised at how well my invention works, for me, my family members and thousands of families who now use our products in Australia, Indonesia, Pakistan and Singapore. Soon in many other places as well! Here is my 4 year old unit in my bedroom where I really needed it last night!

Everyone is amazingly helpful, customer service is excellent. The air con is amazing I am so glad I found this product. It's more environmentally kind to operate, cheaper to run and does a better job (I think) than all the rest.
Updating this review, three years later, because it is another hot night in Perth, my Coolzy still rocks and I am still very happy with its performance.

I recently purchased a Coolzy unit and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to purchase and add on items (I also got the Igloo tent and short tail). The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order really fast and within a few days (I am in Metro melbourne). The team at Coolzy were very good at communicating with me and answering questions promptly too. The unit works well in my studio apartment and cools down the living area. Thank you

This appliance air con does not work but if u do happen to get a working somewhat unit u have to sit directly in front of it and that's it ! Even then not cold and for $550 should at least cool a small room which it doesn't! Instead it blows out so much hot air it heats the room worse than before using it !!Also it is NOT SAFE AROUND BIRDS and after being told it was bought the unit in good faith only for it to make my bird s sick!! And when trying to return it for this reason and fact it doesn't cool at all after driving 40 kms each way to pick it up myself have been told refund is minus $100 for admin and shipping fees which there was none as I picked it up and was not delivered !! And the fact that I have to drive another 80 kms to return it myself due to their falsely advertising this unit that doesn't work as advertised and also health and safety hazard I will be even more out of pocket!! I believe that these units are returned often and the hundred dollars is how they make their money ! For anyone to claim they work is a lie and will be taking this further to the appropriate authorities as it is falsely misleading to consumers ,unsafe and as a single mum on disability financially crippling !
