Cooranbong Gardens Retirement Village ticked all the boxes for us. The residents are welcoming and friendly, management obliging. Centrally located to both the Central Coast and Newcastle we enjoy the country style living atmosphere but major centres are easily accessible. We were initially attracted here by the spaciousness of the village and love our stylish open plan architecturally designed villa. The inclusive village culture,varied social activities, lifestyle and friendship of other residents makes it easy to call Cooranbong Gardens home.

I took my mother to view the first display home and she ended up signing up for a water view 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car property called Mahogany. My mother was drawn to this village by it's added facilities including, Pool, BBQ and garden pavilion to name a few. I am happy for where my mother will spend her retirement in a village built for community living.

The next best thing in a booming area of the Central Coast. Just hope they can continue the clubhouse construction as quickly as possible which is already behind schedule.
