Every builder adds items which becomes hard to justify, for Coral homes $3878 just for water connection. Water meets is additional.... wow.

I have dealt with Coral Homes to build my first home last year. All I want to advise everyone is that you SHOULD RECORD YOUR CONVERSATION WITH THEM. They will promise to deliver what you want but then suddenly change their statement ONCE THE DEPOSIT IS PAID. I lost $2500.00 to them for the deposit I paid.
RECORD THE CONVERSATION AND GET EVERTHING IN WRITING!!
